modules
- TEAM & VALUES
1 Month
Face-to-face in Bilbao The first module will serve to lay the foundations of the programme. Participants will explore their life paths and reflect on where they come from and where they want to go individually and collectively. This module aims to question the concept of βdevelopmentβ, to familiarise participants with the notions of cooperative values ββand solidarity economy, and to introduce theories around team practices. It will also lay the foundations for cultural cooperative entrepreneurship. - RESEARCH & IDEATION
1 Month
Face-to-face in Bilbao In the second module, participants will begin to research different ideas for cooperative business models. To do so, they will conduct case studies of cooperatives in the art field and demystify artists as starving or sellout artists. - BUSINESS CREATION

Face-to-face in Bilbao In the third module, participants will prototype their cooperative business models in real-life contexts. - COOP MANAGEMENT
3 Months
Hybrid & learning journeys to international ecosystemsIn the fourth module, participants will focus on cooperative management, the integration of cooperative leadership and leadership thinking, team entrepreneurship, agile methodologies and teamwork dynamics. - ACCELERATION PROCESS
3 Months
HybridIn the fifth module, participants will work on strategic thinking, establish specific goals and create a plan to achieve and measure the objectives.
